Jelena has extensive expertise in providing advisory services within Big4 covering corporate finance, due diligence, fraud detection investigations, EU funds audit, participation in the implementation of global IT solutions for management and accounting (SAP). Her current focus is on the development of accounting and management reporting at the country and region level, establishing budgetary processes and internal controls, cash flow management, financial modelling, and forecasting.
Jelena’s experience covers aviation, energy, construction, road construction, telecommunications, banking, FinTech, and other industries. Jelena is ACCA and CIA certified.
